I began my career in the real estate industry in 1985 as a mortgage consultant. In mid-2006, I transitioned my focus to real estate sales. Since receiving the Rookie of the Year Award in 2007, sales productivity has increased to an uncommon level. During the worst housing market in history, I was able to excel through hard work, experience, and sheer determination.
I have a passion for helping people reach their real estate goals and continue to build my business around the needs of my clients. I listen carefully, ask questions to insure I understand your needs, and proceed diligently to accomplish our goal.
The majority of the success I have experienced as an agent is attributed to the sphere of influence I have gained through my community involvement. I serve on the board for my home owners’ association and ALTA tennis as well as T2.
I saved the best for last. I have a remarkable family that I love to spend time with creating memories for a lifetime. We enjoy traveling but prefer to spend time together at our lake house in the summer time and snuggled up on the couch with a cozy fire watching Netflix during the winter

About the Team
In November 2013 my husband, Darien Coots, left his steady paycheck of 34 years to join my team. My business had grown and I needed help. I was confident with his work ethic we would make a dynamic duo. Darien splits his time helping with listing activities as well as buyers when needed.
Kevin Bingaman, partnering with his wife, Amy, joined Coots & Company as a Buyer Specialist in 2015. Kevin began his career in real estate in 1996. He has extensive experience in mortgage finance and became a licensed real estate agent in 2009. Kevin is passionate about helping people. He strives to find the perfect home for each of his clients and to be a strong advocate on their behalf throughout the purchase process. Kevin has a degree in business/accounting from Cal State University, Fullerton.
Amy Bingaman graduated from the University of Central Florida in 1999 with a degree in Business Marketing. She has extensive experience in management as well as two years in mortgage finance. Amy has always had a passion for real estate and loves working with buyers to help them find the perfect home. Amy’s goal is to be proactive in each transaction to ensure a smooth process for our buyers. Amy and her husband, Kevin, work together to deliver great service. They have been married for 15 years and have three children.
Michelle Taylor joined our team in 2018. She is a Tennessee native who has lived in Georgia since 2002. She has been happily married to a fellow Tennessee native since 2006. She has a stepdaughter in college and a daughter in Kindergarten. Michelle began her career in the real estate industry in 2002. Real Estate is her passion, but where she really shines is behind the scenes. Michelle says, “I thrive on paperwork and checklists, which help me work hard to get the job done”.
